Today, it wasn't so bad. Again, partly because I didn't have to layer up as much and I wasn't in a hurry. I like using it because the one that I use actually can measure VO2 max. It's and estimated Vo2 max and if gives you a race estimator. I really like that feature. To get a good race estimation and accurate VO2 max, you really should wear the heart rate monitor for a few days. So I am interested to see what some of the race estimation will be.
Other than that it was interesting to see what my heart rate was when I was running. I really do not pay attention to heart rate, so it wasn't that big of a deal though.
