Moisture wicking socks come in different types, but a high quality running sock will have a high thread count and last for years. In some cases they come with a lifetime guarantee. I know, who would have thought that you could get a lifetime guarantee on a sock? But... it exists.
So with out futher a do...... my top 3 favorite running socks. In no particular order.
Wool is always a good option for running because it is the only fabric that will wick water away from your skin in the vapor phase. That means it will get rid of sweat before it's really sweat and keep your foot dry. Wool has a lot of benefits which includes being antimicrobial and thermo regulating, generally you will pay a bit more for a wool sock but you do get some obvious extra benefits.
