Most of the new models of Garmin GPS watches come with wireless uploads and Smart watch notifications like texts and calls coming through the watch via Bluetooth connectivity. So, in general, gone are the days of having to connect your GPS to your computer to upload to the Garmin site. It all uploads nice and easily right to the Garmin App, which by the way updates your Garmin account online.
The Vivoactive is another watch that does a little bit of everything, the Vivoactive just came out with a new model that can do heart rate on the wrist. This watch also includes running GPS and a cycling option among other features. This watch seems to be made for the athlete that does a little bit of everything, as it has a swimming feature made for pool swimming with a golf option in that watch as well. This watch does include smart notifications and step/activity tracking.
