Todays run I decided to run the workout I am assigning for the team that I coach. It was awesome. I ran hard during my regular run for the first time, in a while. One of the nice things was that I got done with my run sooner than usual, which was nice.
At this point, I'm looking to keep it up. This run went a lot faster than other runs lately, so why not. I do like setting up workouts this way because I feel like I can better explain workouts this way.
